PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an issuing/collection managing system for easily and securely managing the prepaid slip such as a gift coupon or the like. SOLUTION: The managing system executes a reception processing and a shipping/warehousing processing when the printed gift coupons 21 are supplied, executes issuing, generates effect as a note and executes collection after the gift coupon is collected. Thus, the history and the issued amount, the collected amount and the number of respective gift coupons are grasped/managed. The managing system is constituted of the gift coupons to which a series of ticket managing numbers which are not overlapped are given for the respective tickets, a data base where a processing corresponding to the ticket is recorded and a personal computer 11. The reception processing, the shipping/warehousing processing, the issuing processing and the collection processing of the gift coupons are recorded in the respective managing numbers of the data base. |
