PROSTHESIS OF CRUS

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis of crus has rigid external trunk made as casing with closed distal end and flexible internal trunk inserted in it and capable of removal. Flexible internal trunk is also provided with closed distal end and with air chamber to be pumped through valve. Internal trunk is made as soft silicone stem rolled out on stump of prosthesis owner which embraces stump from all sides and is adjacent to it. Air chamber of internal trunk envelopes distal end of stump from all sides and spreads over small part of internal trunk length only. Inserted pin is secured on distal end of internal trunk. Pin has air-exchange communication with air chamber via through hole. Distal end of external trunk is provided with reception hole corresponding to inserted pin. The latter is built in reception hole. Hose is coupled to reception hole. End of hose is brought outside and coupled to outlet valve and pump. EFFECT: comfortable wearing of prosthesis. 10 cl, 7 dwg
