PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air separator in a conveyance end part of a large diameter conveyance pipe effectively separating air with a small device and capable of reducing a discharge speed to a state close to a free fall state when discharging conveyance objects such as reclaiming materials from a tip of a tremie pipe. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a branched introducing passage 13 bisecting an end part of a pneumatic conveyance pipe 1 into right and left at a front face side of a twin cyclone barrel and communicating right and left cyclone cylinder parts 10a and 10b so that they mutually face opposite tangent directions, an exhaust tube 14 hanging from an upper face center of a cyclone barrel 11 to its interior and opening an upper end to the atmosphere, a flow down cylinder 16 integrally communicated with a lower end center of the cyclone barrel 11, a reverse flow passage 21 communicated with the flow down cylinder 16 at a lower end side and hanging its upper end side from the upper face of the cyclone barrel 11 to the interior, and a flow down speed adjuster 20 provided inside the flow down cylinder 16. An end part of the pneumatic conveyance pipe 1 wherein slurry-like conveyance objects such as gravel which include air portions and are separated into a multiplicity of lump-like plugs flow is communicated with the branched introducing passage 13.
