PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems that the arrangement constitution of a mobile device, a foliage raising up device for raising up leaves and stems of onions, a digging blade, etc., for digging the onions is not reasonable, harvesting operations cannot smoothly be performed according to the growth conditions of the onions in a field and the operating efficiency cannot be raised. SOLUTION: This onion harvester is obtained by installing a rearwardly rising tilted foliage pulling up means with lugs having the many lugs capable of moving one lug from the left side to the right side on the side of the ground surface and other lug from the right side to the left side, approaching both and then linearly moving the lugs to the rear in a state of a kept approaching posture so as to overlap the tip moving loci, arranging a foliage cutting device 4 for cutting the leaves and stems of the onions receiving the pulling up actions with the foliage pulling up means, installing regulation wheels 10 near a digging blade 8 located under the tips of the lugs of the foliage pulling up means and capable of digging up the onions in a chassis 2 having mobile devices 1 and arranging the regulation wheels 10 and the mobile devices 1 for moving the chassis 2 in the front and rear so that the mobile devices 1 are passed through the moving loci of the regulation wheels 10 provided on the side of the ground surface near the digging blade 8.
