PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate cutting or the like of a nonwoven fabric and to improve operability and a yield by integrating a three-dimensional network-like nonwoven fabric layer formed by blowing a thermoplastic resin in a long fiber state to a part or entire portion of an inner surface of a mold to a cavity side by a melt blowing process with a surface of a foamed molding by foaming a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin is blown from a blowing unit 5 toward an overall surface of an inner surface of an upper mold 2 to a cavity side by a melt blowing process to form a fiber filter-like nonwoven fabric layer 4. A synthetic resin foamed material such as a polyurethane, a polyethylene or the like is introduced into and filled in a lower mold 1, and a foaming raw material is foamed while extracting the air in the cavity and gas generated by foaming from a vent hole 3 of the mold 2. The foamed material is partly invaded into the layer 4, foamed liquid is sufficiently impregnated into a network of the nonwoven fabric layer generated on the surface to integrate the nonwoven fabric to obtain a synthetic resin foamed molding having good shape and appearance. Thus, shape cutting, stereoscopic molding of the nonwoven fabric is eliminated and operability and a yield are upgraded. |
