<p>A packaging device for continuously forming, filling, covering and sealing packages consisting of a plurality of cavities on a flat plane comprises a plastic winding barrel 1, a vacuum cavity forming device 2, filling means 3, an aluminium foil winding barrel 4, pressing-sealing means 5 and cutting means 6. The filling means comprises a mobile upper pressing plate 33 and a fixed lower substrate 31 which has a plurality of through-holes 311, each of which has a material inlet 311(a) and an outlet 311(b). Connected between the upper pressing plate and the lower substrate, and corresponding to each through-hole, is a plurality of soft plastic covers 331. The movement of upper pressing plate 33 causes cover 331 to expand and contract so that it acts as a bellows pump. Comb clip valves 351(a)/(b) and 352(a)/(b) on the material inlet 311(a) and outlet 311(b) control the flow of the material to be injected into the cavities (not shown) to and from plastic covers 331 and are adapted to act in time with the pumping action provided by the flexure of plastic cover 331. The pressing sealing means 5 comprises a substrate on the machine table 7, a soft pad installed above the substrate with a plurality of parallel connecting blocks installed thereon, each of the connecting blocks being penetrated by at least two transverse rods with each transverse rod passing through a lower template formed from a plurality of sub-templates so that the whole can be conformably pressed down upon the cavities presented below. Preferably, the packaging device further comprises a cooling means 57 installed between the pressing-sealing and cutting means.</p> |
