PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace existing sash frames or sliding doors with a sliding door with sash rollers excellent in traveling property and lightly operable at a low cost while using an existing sash frame or sliding door. SOLUTION: The existing head jamb 1 and door sill 2 arranged on the upper and lower edges of an opening part, respectively, are used as they are, and a rail member 6 having a thickness t matched or substantially matched to the depth d of the groove part 5 of the door sill, on which the door roller 4 rotatably provided on the sliding door 3 is travelable, is buried in the groove part of the door sill. The sliding door with the door roller comprises a body 7, a door neck part 8 separately formed from the body and arranged on the upper end surface of the body, and the door roller provided on the lower end part of the body. The door neck part arranged on the body upper end surface of the sliding door is inserted in the existing head jamb, and the door roller is arranged on the rail member, whereby the sliding door with door roller is openably and closably arranged along the existing head jamb and door sill.
