PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside auxiliary lock in an out-swinging door comprising a slide bar forming a stopper mounted on a cover body easy to set. SOLUTION: This auxiliary lock is a cover type auxiliary lock using the narrow part of the know of a cylinder lock. The cover body is put on the knob, and a hook fitting is inserted to a cutout, whereby the cover is integrated to the knob so as not to be slipped out. The slide bar sliding through a slide cylinder mounted on one side of the cover is overlapped with a door stop, whereby it is laid in a stopper state to prevent the opening of the door. When the door is opened, the hook fitting is pulled out to remove the cover. This is used for both left-opening and right-opening doors.
