PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for easily removing a vent hole form from foundation concrete of a house or the like. SOLUTION: It has been conventionally very difficult to remove a vent hole form 1, especially a large one, which has been set in the foundation concrete at the time of placing concrete. According to the instrument 3 for removing the vent hole form, hooks 4 are set on respective crosspieces 5 of the vent hole form 1, and legs 6 of the instrument 3 are fixed to the concrete so as not to butt the vent hole form 1, followed by rotating a handle 8, to thereby clamp a strong spring 9. In this manner, the vent hole form 1 can be easily removed by virtue of a repulsive force of the spring 9. Especially in a fire preventive district, it has been impossible to hit the vent hole due to small mesh of a screen, but by using the instrument, the vent hole form can be removed without touching the screen.
