SOLUTION: A structural hardware determining means 4 automatically determines the necessity for installing the structural hardware, a kind of structural hardware, and an installing position of the structural hardware by using CAD data 1 for designing a building. An interference detecting means 7 corrects a position of taking into consideration the relationship with peripheral structural hardware. An ordering information forming means 5 forms ordering data on the structural hardware. A precut information forming means 6 forms instructing information on precut processing according to the installing position. An installing instruction forming means forms installing information on the structural hardware referable at a building site.
