PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft ground improving method capable of executing the pile construction of high quality, restricting the noise and the vibration. SOLUTION: A casing 2 is buried at a pile construction position, and the sediment inside of the casing is excavated and agitated by an excavator 1. The sediment inside of the casing is agitated, discharging the solidifying agent b in order from a bottom part inside of the buried casing to the ground surface to form the mixture soil c. Thereafter, the casing is pulled up, agitating the mixture soil, and the mixture soil is solidified, and a pile is constructed.
