PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction and miniaturization and to move a tray back and forth straightly without a tilt. SOLUTION: A tip part of an elastic plate 6 projected integrally at the front part of a case is inserted into an almost U-shaped guide groove 12 out of both guide grooves 12, 13 formed at both side edges of the lower edge of a tray 3 and engaging with a pair of left and right guide members 10, 11 of the case, and a concave part 26 is formed at a part opposing to the elastic plate 6 of one side face 12a of the guide groove 12 in a state in which the tray 3 is housed in the case. The other side face 12b of the guide groove 12 is brought into contact with reference side faces 10a to 10d of one of the guide member 10 and the tray 3 is formed so as not to tilt by bringing one side face 12a of the guide groove 12 in contact with the elastic plate 6 opposing to the concave part 26 with the advance a of the tray 3.
