PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical reaction cartridge enabling easy and sure flow of a reagent in a chamber of a solution storing part into a chamber of a reaction part. SOLUTION: A valve rod 7 having a notch 8 is inserted into the chamber 6 of the solution storing part 2 containing a solution and held with two O-rings 9, and the lower part of the solution chamber 6 is sealed with an aluminum foil sheet 10. When a liquid specimen such as blood is poured through a specimen inlet port 3 and an operation starting command is inputted by an operator, the valve rod of the 1st solution chamber is pushed down by a robot arm of a processing apparatus to break the aluminum foil sheet, the solution is flowed into the chamber of the reaction part to perform the reaction with the 1st solution and the aluminum foil sheet of the 2nd solution chamber is broken by a similar operation to flow the solution into the chamber of the reaction part to perform the reaction with the 2nd solution.
