PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for feeding water to a specific part of a mushroom bed in an interval between the occurrence of a mushroom and the re-occurrence of the mushroom and generating the mushroom from the part in a method which is useable also in any of the ordinary cultivation carrying out cultivation in exposed state after once taking out the mushroom bed in which culture of Lentinus edodes mushroom was completed from a culturing bag and upper surface cultivation for carrying out cultivation in a state in which the culturing bag on the side and the bottom of mushroom bed is left. SOLUTION: The method for culturing the Lentinus edodes mushroom bed comprises feeding water to the mushroom bed in the interval between the occurrence and the occurrence in a mushroom-generating step after completing culture. In the culturing method, a plurality of mushroom beds are separately stored one by one or in one line on the plane in a container having a size capable of storing these mushroom beds, and water is stored in the container and only specific parts of the mushroom bed are immersed for several hours to several days, and then, the mushroom beds are taken out from the culturing container and the occurrence of the mushroom bed is carried out from the immersed part.
