<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective seat belt, because less than 50% of existing seat belt can show effectiveness when an accident applying impact force in all directions occurs owing to a driving posture of a driver, with a shape of an existing seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: Both shoulders and waist bones which are strong four fulcrums in a human body are quickly supported from a seat side surface in an accident.
