<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an air supply and discharge apparatus, and to simplify its constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This air supply and discharge apparatus 7A is provided with a humidity controller 101, air intake ports 701a, 702a, discharge ports 701b, 702b, a translocation circuit 8, and a D.C. power source 9. The humidity controller 101 is provided with a heat sink 2 (fin 21) leading gas toward the direction Y, a heat sink 3 (fin 31) leading gas toward the direction Z, and a Peltier module 1 held between the heat sinks 2 and 3 in the direction of X. The air intake port 701a communicates with the discharge port 701b via one of the heat sinks 2, 3, and the air intake port 702a communicates with the discharge port 702b via the other heat sink. The humidity controller 101 is freely turnable, and by turning it 90 degrees, gas sent from the given direction is introduced switchingly to the directions Y, Z in the humidity controller 101.
