METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PLATE MATERIAL AND AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method and a processing apparatus with which the improvement of operating ratio of a plate material processing machine can be obtained by dividing into the processing with the original function in the plate material processing machine and an after-processing.

SOLUTION: The method for processing the plate material is composed of; a first process for processing a work and a product into a connecting state through a micro-joint with the plate material processing machine 3 disposed at the front side of a shelf frame 7 having a plurality of steps and a plurality of lines of holding shelves 9; a second process for carrying a preformed material processed in the first process into a secondary processing station; a third process for performing a ternary processing by carrying into a ternary processing station at the lower side after performing the secondary processing; and a fourth process for performing the cutting-off of micro-joint by carrying into a product-treating station at the lower side of the ternary processing station and also, sorting into the product and a skeleton; and the treatment on and after the second process is performed by moving in order the performed material from the station at the upper side to the station at the lower side.
