<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a first and a second recording layers are affected by a laser of high output which is used for increasing recording density and recording speed and to provide an optical disk wherein destruction of other layers can be prevented even when the laser of high output is used. <P>SOLUTION: The first recording layer for recording information and the second recording layer capable of recording a visible image are disposed on the optical disk at an interval of at least 0.5 mm or more.
