<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a pixel structure which method reduces manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the pixel structure includes the following processes of: forming a source/drain on a board using a first photomask; forming a transparent conductive layer and a channel layer on the board using a second photomask twice in such a way that the transparent conductive layer covers a part of the source/drain to be electrically connected thereto, and that a transparent conductive layer pattern and a channel layer pattern are complementary to each other; forming a dielectric layer at the upper side of the board to cover the transparent conductive layer and channel layer with the dielectric layer; and forming a gate on the dielectric layer using a third photomask. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
