A tubular flexible container, e.g. for holding milk or other fluids, has a flexible central section made of plastic sheet (14) seam welded into a tube via lap seal (15, 16,) or fin seal, and fitted with a more rigid base (12) and a more rigid top (17), secured by weld seals. The top is fitted with a closure (11) also of rigid plastic. The empty containers can be stored in a compacted state. |
