<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary joint, capable of surely holding a treatment object, and a rotating device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary joint 50 is formed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The rotary joint 50 includes a cylindrical joint body 51 having upper and lower openings. A rotary shaft 2 is disposed to be inserted into the joint body 51. Two or more (four in Fig.2) fins 52 are provided on the inner circumferential surface of the joint body 51 along the circumferential direction thereof to be protruded at predetermined intervals.
