<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing/displaying device for a three-dimensional eye fundus image which can be applied even when the eye fundus shape has been deformed from a spherical surface, does not require a special device, can acquire a plurality of eye fundus images by a normal clinical photographing method, can accurately determine parameters such as an accurate reduced scale, a projection position, and an angle without modeling a complicated optical system of a living eye by a single lens, and thus, can construct and display an accurate three-dimensional eye fundus image having a precise image reduced scale and a space position from a plurality of the eye fundus images. <P>SOLUTION: This device has an ultrasonic wave measuring means 12, an eye fundus image acquiring means 14, an actual distance measuring means 16, an eye fundus image constructing means 18, and a displaying means 20. In this case, the ultrasonic wave measuring means 12 oscillates/receives an ultrasonic wave to the eye fundus surface 1a of a subject 1 from a probe by regulating the motion of the probe 12b by using a tool 12c, and acquires an ultrasonic tomographic image 2 of the eye fundus. The eye fundus image acquiring means 14 photographs a plurality of images of the eye fundus surfaces 1a from different directions, and stores them as a plurality of eye fundus images 3 including a central image. The actual distance measuring means 16 measures an actual distance (dr) between recognizable areas on the central image. The eye fundus image constructing means 18 constructs a three-dimensional eye fundus image by projecting a plurality of eye fundus images by a correct reduced scale on the three-dimensional eye fundus surface.
