<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the accurate dielectric migration corresponding to a non-uniform AC electric field on irradiation with induced light without being affected by illumination light for observing the moving state of particulates in a light induced dielectric migration apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A photoconductive film for forming a non-uniform electric field is obtained by changing conductivity upon the reception of the irradiation with induced light and CdS having an absorbing end in the vicinity of 520 nm is utilized while visible light of a wavelength band centering around a red color not overlapped with the absorption spectrum of CdS is used as illumination light for observation. By this constitution, the arbitrary position of the photoconductive film is irradiated while continuously performing observation to perform the dielectric migration of particulates in a liquid at a desired position or in a desired direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
