PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented laminated polyester film which has a high level of dimensional stability for a change in the environment such as temperature and humidity, flatness and winding property. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented laminated polyester film comprises: a film layer A; and a film B which is laminated on one surface of the film layer A, and has a surface roughness (RaB) on the film B side larger than the surface roughness (RaA) on the film A side by 1.0 nm or more, wherein at least one side of film layer is made of an aromatic polyester consisting of aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and glycol component and the portion of 5 mol% or more and less than 80 mol% of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is made of a specified 6, 6'-(alkylene dioxy)di-2-naphthoic acid component.
