PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an impermeable liner to be set on backings of a waste disposal site, for details a construction method of setting new impermeable liners on a place where no existing impermeable liners have been set while waste is placed on existing impermeable liners on other places in the waste disposal site. SOLUTION: The construction method of the impermeable liner is provided in which while some impermeable liners 5 have been set already, impermeable liners are set on other parts. Bag bodies are disposed between the existing impermeable liners 5 and the backings, a dammed part S is formed by raising the impermeable liners 5 on the bag bodies by feeding fluid into the bag bodies, and the new impermeable liners are set while preventing flow out of sewage from waste on the existing impermeable liners by the dammed part S.
