PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a user's double troublesomeness of button operation for opening a display by a remote switch and waiting time of the opening operation of the display when the display is closed at the time when the remote switch is taken out, because the operation of the remote switch of a display device is carried out while looking at the display. SOLUTION: A display opening/closing device is provided with a display 3 attached so as to be opened and closed, and the remote switch 6 for operating this display 3. The display 3 in the closed status is opened with the operation of a storing means 5, which stores the remote switch 6 removably, accompanying the removal of the remote switch 6 from the storing means 5.
