<p>The method involves preparing a lump (2) constituted of non-woven fibrous amalgam, arranged in a determined proportion with thermosetting or thermoplastic material. The lump is introduced in a mold (1) that is dimensioned for resisting to strong pressures, and the lump is introduced in a molding cavity (11), which is in a shape of a part to be molded, across pits (12) in which a plunger piston (13) is received in a sliding manner to pressurize the lump in the cavity and to shape the lump in the mold.
