THERMAL SENSING AND PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR GAS RICE COOKER

Disclosed is a heat blocking and protection device of a heat sensing part of a gas rice cooker. The heat sensing part of the gas rice cooker comprises: a caldron temperature detector; an internal housing surrounding the detector; and a spring to support an external housing elastically by including a mounting part to face in a longitudinal direction of an outer wall of the internal housing. The spring supporting the external housing elastically includes a support part contacting the external housing expanded in the width when compared to the mounting part. The heat blocking and protection device protects the heat sensing part by keeping a balance thereof with elastic recovery even through the heat sensing part is applied with an external impact, and is able to solve several problems like early extinguishment of a burner or a half-cooked rice due to a simple caldron temperature sensing error.
