PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of accurately tracking a moving body by using a PTZ camera on the basis of wide area camera video.SOLUTION: There is provided a video analysis device 22A that comprises a tracking target identification unit 214 for identifying a moving body as a tracking target when an operation body locus in wide area camera video transmitted through a network 50 agrees with or is similar to the moving body's locus detected from the wide area camera video and a position identification unit 215 for identifying the latest position of the tracking target, and makes a movable camera 30 perform imaging in an imaging direction depending on the latest position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
