The application of 3D camera in the process of bending profiles on machines for bending with three and four roller, allows controlled management, regulation of control and the correction of the automatic bending process, where the application of 3D camera (1, 2) allows a three-dimensional snapshot of the bending process in which each point of interest on the machine (3) and on the profile (4) is spatially and dimensionally defined. By applicating the 3D camera (1, 2) in the process of bending, a profile (4) is detected, in which way is introduced a feedback between the computer (7) that manage the process of bending, and profile (4) which is bent on the machine (3). The feedback obtained by using the 3D camera (1, 2), allows information about the process of bending profile (4) on the machine (3), on which a computer (7) can control, regulate and adjust the beginning process of bending the profile (4), and all of that in order to provide at the end of the bending process the desired output status, or profile (4), bent to the previously defined angle, radius or diameter. |
