PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor which can form a display device with a touch panel having high sensitivity and excellent visibility.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor comprises a transparent substrate, and a sensor electrode including a metal electrode formed on one surface of the transparent substrate and a transparent electrode formed on the other surface of the transparent substrate.
