PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner for constantly supplying power to a load without involving complication of wiring.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 1 comprises: a first input part IN1 to which a power system 101 is connected; a second input part IN2 to which a photovoltaic power generation panel 102 is connected; and an output part OUT to which a power distribution board 103 is connected. A switch element S1 is provided between the first input part IN1 and the output part OUT. A DC/AC inverter 11 is provided between the second input part IN2 and the output part OUT.
