PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring apparatus capable of solving a small stop occurring in a production line with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A process monitoring apparatus (1) includes: imaging means (11) for imaging a utilization state of a process; a memory (107) for storing imaged view data; and external input means (103) for inputting a signal from a detector installed in a production line as a trigger signal. The process monitoring apparatus (1) also includes storage processing means (104) for storing, when the trigger signal is input, view data that dates back to when the trigger signal is input for a set time or more among view data recorded in the memory (107) as view data which is not allowed to be overwritten.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
