PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaweed bed reef that can prevent predators from settling down in a space formed between the bottom and reef materials when installing the seaweed bed reef in the bottom.SOLUTION: A seaweed bed reef includes reef materials A with a growing area for growing seaweed and a seaweed-growing net B mounted to the reef materials so as to cover the growing area. The seaweed bed reef is structured so that an open space R opened to the outside of the lower area of the reef materials A may be formed between the bottom L and the reef materials A when installed in the bottom.
