PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of pancreatic cancer treatment sensibility.SOLUTION: A determination method of pancreatic cancer treatment sensibility comprises (1) measuring at least one kind of miRNA expression level selected from the following miRNAs, in each sample derived from cancerous region or stroma collected from the tumor tissue of human pancreatic cancer; and (2) determining that the pancreatic cancer treatment sensibility of the tumor tissue is low if the measurement value of the sample derived from the stroma obtained in the step (1) is larger as compared with the measurement value of the sample derived from the cancerous region, in all kinds of miRNAs measured in the step (1). hsa-miR-4689; hsa-miR-4664-5p; hsa-miR-4731-5p; hsa-miR-187-5p; hsa-miR-4270; hsa-miR-4697-5p; hsa-miR-4723-5p; hsa-miR-6087; hsa-miR-145-5p; and hsa-miR-125b-5p.SELECTED DRAWING: None
