PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load testing device capable of performing a load test even in a narrow space.SOLUTION: A load testing device 1 comprises a first load testing part 1a that has: a first cooling part 50a including a first cooling fan 53a for exhausting air horizontally; and a first resistance unit 30a including a horizontally-opened intake port facing the first cooling fan 53a, a horizontally-opened exhaust port, and a resistor R which is supplied with electric power from a test object power supply during a load test. The load testing device 1 also comprises a second load testing part 1b that has: a second cooling part 50b including a second cooling fan 53b for exhausting air horizontally; and a second resistance unit 30b including a horizontally-opened intake port facing the second cooling fan 53b, a horizontally-opened exhaust port, and a resistor which is supplied with electric power from the test object power supply during the load test.
