PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse laser device which has an inexpensive and simple structure in a Q switch laser and can reduce jitter.SOLUTION: There are provided a semiconductor laser 1 which emits exciting light, a laser driving circuit 2 which has a transistor 22 to excite and drive the semiconductor laser 1, a laser medium 3 which is arranged between reflection mirrors 5a and 5b for forming an optical resonator and emits a laser beam by being excited with the exciting light from the semiconductor laser 1, and a saturable absorber 4 which is arranged between the reflection mirrors 5a and 5b and increases the transmittance as the laser beam from the laser medium 3 is absorbed.
