Provided is an inexpensive and lightweight carrying mechanism in which side frames and a guide plate are not required to be formed separately and assembled and a small number of components are required. A pair of right and left side frames (2a, 2b) and a medium guide (3) are integrally formed to form a frame structure body (1). On one surface side of the medium guide (3) of the frame structure body (1), a carrying belt (8) for carrying a medium is disposed, and on the other surface side of the medium guide (3), a driven roller (10) for holding the medium between the carrying belt (8) and itself is disposed. |
