PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for suppressing judder or shift shock.SOLUTION: A transmission 4 comprises: a continuously variable transmission mechanism 20; and a sub-transmission mechanism 30 that includes friction fastening elements 32 to 34, the sub-transmission mechanism 30 can select a first gear position and a second gear position, a transmission gear ratio of the second gear position is lower than a transmission gear ratio of the first gear position, the friction fastening element 33 is engaged at the second gear position, a first control to start changing the second gear position to the first gear position can be implemented at a first degree of opening of an accelerator pedal, a second control to start changing the second gear position to the first gear position can be implemented at a second degree of opening of the accelerator pedal, the second degree of opening of the accelerator pedal is higher than the first degree of opening of the accelerator pedal, the first control is implemented when time for using the friction fastening element 33 is shorter than predetermined use time, and the second control is implemented when the time for using the friction fastening element 33 is not shorter than the predetermined use time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
