PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire data having security strength selected according to a system configuration and processing performed based on the selected security intensity.SOLUTION: Control equipment, which receives data from the outside to store the data, includes: first decision means for acquiring data to which a pattern indicative of the necessity of decryption processing at predetermined timing, including before and after data reception from external writing means into first storage means, is added from the writing means, and for deciding the necessity of the decoding processing on the basis of the pattern; when the first decision means decides the decryption processing to be necessary, first decryption means for decrypting the data; and the first storage means for storing data decrypted by the first decryption means and data on which decryption processing is decided to be unnecessary. |
