摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device in which behavior of a vehicle can be determined appropriately.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device includes acceleration sensors 11, 12 which are mounted on a vehicle 1 and detects lateral acceleration of the vehicle 1, an angular velocity sensor 13 which is mounted on the vehicle 1 and detects the roll rate of the vehicle 1, and a determination means 21 which determines behavior of the vehicle 1 based on the lateral acceleration detected by the acceleration sensors 11, 12 and the roll rate detected by the angular velocity sensor 13. The behavior includes first behavior in which the vehicle 1 is in the state where an impact is received in the lower part of a side of the vehicle body, and second behavior in which the vehicle 1 is in the state where an impact from the upper part of the side of the vehicle body to the lower part is received.
