PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-resistant paper which uses a non-fluorine type material, combines excellent oil resistance and production efficiency and has safety even when coming in contact with food and its production method.SOLUTION: In oil-resistant paper which has at least two coating layers on at least one side of a paper substrate, at least one layer closer to the paper substrate than the outermost layer, among coating layers, contains starch and/or modified starch in a content of 5-95 mass% relative to total solid content of the coating layer and styrene-butadiene copolymer latex in a content of 5-95 mass%. The coating weight of the coating layer is 1.5-20.0 g/m. |
