PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal transfer to an account in online banking.SOLUTION: An online banking system which requests one-time password to be input for transfer to a predetermined account includes: a receiving unit which receives recipient information transmitted from a first terminal of a user and including multiple pieces of information specifying a transfer procedure; a creation unit which creates an e-mail including at least one of the multiple pieces of information and a one-time password issued for the recipient information; and a transmission unit which transmits the e-mail to a second terminal of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
