PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute an advertisement more efficiently when a user can visually recognize an advertisement image.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes an image formation processing unit 307 for forming an image based on input data comprising printing data set by a user U and advertisement data set by an advertiser on a recording medium. The image forming device includes: a user detection unit 308 for detecting whether or not the user exists in the vicinity of an MFP 300; and printing type determination means 351 for determining a printing type when an advertisement image based on the advertisement data out of the input data is formed on the recording medium. The printing type determination means 351 changes the printing type of the advertisement image according to the presence/absence of the user detected by the user detection unit 308. |
