PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device enabling easy and clear check on correspondence between a figure and a formula in learning by displaying the figure and the formula corresponding to the figure.SOLUTION: The figure IL of a trapezoid and the formula F [the area of trapezoid=(top side+bottom side)*height/2] for calculating the area of the trapezoid are stored by correlating each part of the figure with each calculation element of the formula F in a teaching material data zone, and the figure IL and the formula F are displayed on a touch panel display part 17. Then, when each part of the displayed figure IL is specified, it is determined whether the specified figure part is a figure part stored in correlation with the calculation element part of the formula F, and if it is determined to be so, the part of the specified figure IL and the element part corresponding to the formula F are identifiably displayed in the same display color (i.e., a display mode). |
