PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous selection prevention device capable of reliably detecting a desired customer.SOLUTION: In the erroneous selection prevention device (PC terminal 21A) having a controller 211A for acquiring customer information matching an input retrieval condition as a retrieval result and then executing the next processing, the controller 211A includes: narrowed retrieval means (retrieval result acquisition processing) for accessing a customer data server 31A (customer database 312) which records customer information on a plurality of customers and obtaining a result of narrowed retrieval of a customer matching the retrieval condition; and execution restriction means (determination processing) for preventing the next processing from being executed until only one result is obtained from the narrowed retrieval. |
