PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic having a suppressed dusting tendency with the passage of time, prepared by incorporating a fatty acid ester of sucrose or maltose into a pencil-shaped cosmetic containing Japanese wax. CONSTITUTION:A pencil-shaped cosmetic obtained by incorporating 1-10wt%, based on the total amount of the cosmetic, ester of 14-22C straight chain saturated fatty acid (example; myristic acid or stearic acid) with sucrose or maltose at 1:(0.1-10) weight of the ester to Japan wax in a pencil-shaped cosmetic containing an oil component, having an IOB (inorganic Organic Balance) value of 0.08-0.50 and a liquid state at ordinary temperature and the Japanese wax. As for the above-mentioned oil component, glyceryl di-2-heptylundecanoate, trimethylolpropane triisooctanoate, castor oil, lanolin esters, etc. are mentioned and used in an amount of 5-30wt% range based on the total amount of the cosmetic. |
