PURPOSE:To promote development procedure without impairing color reproduction by incorporating a specified cyan dye forming coupler and a specified magenta dye forming coupler having a pyrazoloazole structure in photosensitive layers different in color sensitivity from each other, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The red-sensitive emulison layer contains a coupler, such as formula II or III, represented by general formula I in which R1, R2 are each an aliphatic or aromatic group, or the like, R3 is H, halogen, an aliphatic or aromatic or acyamino group, or the like, and Y1 is H or a group releasable on coupling reaction with the oxidation product of a developing agent. The green-sensitive emulsion layer contains a coupler, such as formula V or VI, represented by general formula IV in which R4 is H or a substituent, Y2 is H or a group releasable on coupling reaction with the oxidation product of a developing agent, and Za, Zb, Zc are each methine, =N-, -N-, or the like, and further, a blue sensitive emulsion layer contains a yellow coupler, and as a result, the titled-stated photographic sensitive material can be obtained. |
