PURPOSE:To improve safety by automatically measuring the flow rate pattern of a gas used by each home according to the indication signal from a gas supply undertaken, and resetting a judging condition which is suited to the actual condition of each home. CONSTITUTION:A communication control part 12 which starts a timer part 11 by receiving an indication signal from a gas supply undertaken, a using condition memory part 13 which stores the using condition of a gas during the operation of the timer part 11, and a gas proper using condition varying and storing part 14 which varies and stores a gas proper using condition in accordance with the using condition are provided in the captioned device. Thereby, the actual gas using pattern in each home and in each season is actually measured, to reset a gas using pattern every year as a gas proper using condition suited to the season of the year based on the gas using pattern in the same period of the previous year, hence, enabling the optimum monitoring of a gas using condition in accordance with each home, improving safety.
