PURPOSE:To improve sealing performance and to facilitate the long-period operation of a plant by installing a thin film member made of a solvent resistant material on the projection part formed around a plate, on a film side which is brought into contact with said projection part. CONSTITUTION:A thin film member 8 which is a sealing material is provided on the contacting face between a plate 1 and an osmotic vaporization film 2. A projection part 9 which is formed by projecting the section of the plate 1 to give an elastic force and a local sealing property to the plate 1 is annularly formed along the periphery of the plate 1, and the surface of the projection part 9 is coated or lined with a material with good solvent resistance and chemical resistance, to form the thin film member 8. Since an elastic force is given by the projection part 9 of the plate 1, the contacting face can be sealed by its pressing force.
